early check-in complimentary upgrade beautiful decorations convenient location
The staff allowed an early check-in. I really appreciated that after my overnight flight. i was actually surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. the room featured beautiful decorations coupled with complimentary snacks and drinks. i found the location very convenient, with easy access to the underground train and nearby attractions.

the hotel enjoys a quiet setting but it is still in the heart of the city. a beautiful walk along the river is only a few minutes away. mansion house tube station is also just minutes away on foot.

amazing EXPERIENCE!
perfect location gorgeous decor excellent facilities friendly staff
I appreciated the hotel's location, so close to attractions like the Tower. Tube lines are also a short walk away, it made getting around easy. The decor was gorgeous EVERYWHERE, with excellent facilities to boot. I was able to check in early, the staff are friendly.
I did notice that the mini bar, while complimentary, included only water and coke. a greater selection of beverages would have been a nice touch.

convenient location lovely interior noisy air conditioning church proximity
i really liked the location, it was quite convenient. the interior design was also lovely. the hotel looked very clean, which i appreciate.
The air conditioning made a terrible noise. We could not leave it on. i wish i knew the hotel was next to a church beforehand, as our window faced it.

The beautiful studio I occupied was very stylish. The bed offered super comfort. The air conditioning system worked perfectly during a period of hot weather.
The room service was nonexistent. I was too tired to go out after a long drive. My husband had to bring back takeout.
